Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections, including researching trends and customer preferences

Create sketches, technical specifications, and tech packs for all loungewear products

Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform design direction

Manage the sample development process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Participate in design reviews and presentations, articulating design concepts and rationale

Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in fabrics and garment construction
