Responsibilities

Apply departmental policies and procedures with sound judgment to complete assigned tasks accurately

Review approved credit packages to create and maintain credit records

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and inquiries

Manage, escalate, and resolve requests and issues related to departmental operations in a timely manner

Participate in projects and user testing related to system or process enhancements

Identify workflow gaps and contribute suggestions to improve efficiency

Understand and support how CRMS functions integrate with other departments

Assist with training and provide process guidance to backup or support specialists

Required

1-2 years of relevant experience in reviewing credit documentation, knowledge of policies, guidelines, and procedures surrounding extensions of credit

Knowledge of Institutional Lending and Credit products, experience in risk data management

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and research skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Familiarity with financial and banking products

Bachelor's or University degree
