Responsibilities

Shadow sales and service teams to learn how technical knowledge and sales strategy intersect to drive HVAC equipment sales in critical environments
Gain exposure to customer engagement, product education, and project coordination
Support sales and service efforts across HVAC and building technologies in critical environments
Material selection, ordering, and project tracking
Prospect research, lead management, and CRM (Salesforce) utilization
Receive mentorship from experienced sales and engineering professionals

Required

Current junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A growth mindset dedicated to continuous learning and improvement
Possess valid US work authorization and not require sponsorship for an employment visa by Envelop Group at any time in the future
Willingness to travel to customer job sites, which may involve outdoor work and environments such as mechanical or equipment rooms. Site visits may expose the employee to varying weather conditions, moving machinery, heights, and other environmental factors
Pre-hire requirements include a drug test and a background check

Preferred

Prior exposure to HVAC equipment and system fundamentals preferred
Preference for local candidates; no relocation or housing stipend available
