They are seeking an experienced Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a growing law firm with billing management through Clio and direct communication with clients.

Responsibilities
Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries, invoices, payments)
Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients
Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters
Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed
Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories
Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and client portals
Qualification
Required
Experience using Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management)
Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional services environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several clients
Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
Stable internet connection and remote work setup
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple attorneys or a law firm
Knowledge of general legal billing procedures and terminology
Customer service experience or client-facing role background
