NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales for their Juniors division. This role involves leading sales initiatives tailored to the juniors market segment, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence while overseeing the sales team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
Devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals specific to the juniors product line
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
Identify key growth opportunities within the juniors market and build strong partnerships with major clients
Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize product offerings and positioning
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide in-depth reports to executive leadership
Implement competitive pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales potential

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on the juniors market or related apparel sectors
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
Proficient in sales data analysis and market trend evaluation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
