The Field Technician Supervisor will lead multiple crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete jobs at industrial facilities.

Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and develop staff members, assist in training all new employees in completion of expected job duties in accordance with all company and client policy
Supervise staff members’ workplace performance and attendance
Ensure all equipment functions properly, adhere to and enforce all safety OSHA guidelines, policy, and procedures
Must have specific knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K)
Must have specific knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks
Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e., be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to complete the required job scope safely and effectively
Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work
Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork
Communicate Updates with Clients
Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc
Wash and clean company equipment – Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc
General housekeeping – sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized
Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs – Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas
Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork by required deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 to 4 years of related experience required
1 to 2 years supervisory experience required
Previous work experience at Industrial Owner Facilities
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field
Valid Driver License
Ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time and work at Industrial Owner Facilities
Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk
Be On Call 24/7, Flexible - willingness to work off shifts and weekends
Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet
Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary
Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously
