Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects
Coordinate and supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors to maintain schedule and productivity
Enforce jobsite safety standards, conduct safety meetings, and ensure code compliance
Ensure work is executed per plans, specifications, and quality standards
Communicate daily progress, constraints, and needs with the Project Manager
Maintain organized, professional jobsites while supporting planning, sequencing, and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Experience in ground-up construction projects
Strong leadership skills to manage field operations
Ability to coordinate and supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors
Knowledge of jobsite safety standards and code compliance
Experience in communicating project progress and constraints
Ability to maintain organized and professional jobsites
Strong problem-solving skills
