Assistant Director of Online and Intersession Program Enrollment

Landmark College is seeking an Assistant Director of Online and Intersession Program Enrollment to assist in coordinating and implementing operations for various intersession and online programs. The role involves recruiting prospective students, processing applications, and supporting new student programming and events related to these programs.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective students for admission and scholarship
Participate in staff information sharing and training sessions
Input and maintain appropriate records regarding inquiries and applicants
Assist with representing the college at conferences, college fairs, regional events, and presentations throughout the year
Assist with development of recruitment and marketing materials and communications
Assist the offices of admissions and student affairs to review and maintain onboarding and orientation programs for new students and families enrolled in intersession and online programs
Participate in all on campus recruiting events
Contribute to planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment activities to achieve departmental goals and enrollment targets
Actively participate in campus-wide activities to promote the presence of the intersession and LC Online programs in a variety of venues
Develop and maintain skills necessary to complete job responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned or directed

Required

Some admissions experience
Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
Ability and willingness to travel and participate in periodic evening and weekend events
Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and public presentation skills), including public speaking, individual interviewing/advising, etc. expected
Basic understanding of internal and external relationships, learning differences, and overall recruiting in a private college setting
