Responsibilities
Oversee recording and analysis of financial transactions and statements
Evaluate reserves and exposures; align actuals, budgets, and forecasts
Direct AR collections and cash application teams
Implement performance metrics and internal controls
Advise leaders on process simplification and automation
Lead ERP migrations and enterprise initiatives
Represent CARS in acquisitions and cross-functional projects
Collaborate with billing, segment teams, and IT on system strategies
Drive enhancements to data structures and reporting capabilities
Set goals for a distributed team
Manage performance, coach, and foster engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
10+ years in accounting/finance operations; 5+ years managing teams
Expertise in AR/cash application processes and financial systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with getpaid software
Advanced PeopleSoft knowledge
Process automation and legacy system integration expertise
