Project Review: Partner with Design Consultants to evaluate in-home projects
Remote Assessments: Determine if projects qualify for remote measurement
Scheduling: Coordinate with the project manager admin for on-site visits when needed
Technical Guidance: Support Design Consultants and homeowners with measurements, installation details, and operational insights
Timely Submissions: Upload tech measure files within 24 hours
Project Tracking: Monitor remote projects for review by the Senior Project Manager
Verification: Confirm all products and materials required for installation
Documentation: Complete cut and material lists; log detailed notes and photos using Field Service Lightning
Qualification
Required
Detail-driven professional with a passion for precision and customer satisfaction
Ability to partner with Design Consultants to evaluate in-home projects
Capability to determine if projects qualify for remote measurement
Experience coordinating with project manager admin for on-site visits
Technical guidance skills to support Design Consultants and homeowners
Ability to upload tech measure files within 24 hours
Experience monitoring remote projects for review by the Senior Project Manager
Verification skills to confirm all products and materials required for installation
Documentation skills to complete cut and material lists and log detailed notes and photos using Field Service Lightning
Completion of a 1-week onsite training program in Earth City
Preferred
Prior experience replacing doors and windows
