Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance
Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to comply with safety regulations
Provide technical support and training to customers on fire alarm system operations

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire alarm service or related roles
Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant safety codes
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing fire alarm systems
Experience with fire alarm system installation and maintenance procedures
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to fire safety
Experience in a customer-facing role within the fire safety industry

Preferred

NICET I or higher
Relevant technical certification in fire alarm systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
