Events and Hospitality Intern

NEOGOV is seeking an Events and Hospitality Intern to provide technical and administrative support for various departmental functions at the Colleyville Center. The role involves office administration, event coordination, and assisting with social media and city events.

Responsibilities

Provides office support to Colleyville Center staff, including but not limited to, respond to phone inquiries of the venue, tours, social media assistance, event coordinating, and filing
Plans, organizes, coordinates, integrates and implements detail schedules for events to achieve established goals
Ensures all policies and procedures are followed for events
Maintains good employee relations through timely and accurate response to questions and concerns
Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work
Regular and timely attendance are required for this position

Required

Must be in the process of acquiring a Bachelor's Degree with completion of at least 90 credit hours in Hospitality or closely related field
Must possess and maintain a valid State of Texas Driver's License
