The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards is responsible for building and automating the people infrastructure, overseeing compensation and benefits, and ensuring effective and compliant HR systems and practices.

Drive automation and optimization of People and Culture workflows
Lead and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, and accommodation programs that are equitable, competitive, and aligned with organizational priorities and budget
Develop and present people and rewards analytics to inform strategic decision-making and organizational planning

Required

Deep experience leading compensation, benefits, and People Operations programs in a complex, multi-site, or national organization
Be both strategic and hands-on — comfortable designing scalable frameworks and staying close to operational details
Use data and analytics to inform decisions, communicate clearly, and influence leaders
Enjoy building and improving systems that help organizations optimize time and scale effectively
Energized by compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy — and care deeply about equity and transparency
