Responsibilities
Assist in brainstorming and developing new ideas for products, services, and processes that align with the company’s vision and goals
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor innovations, and emerging technologies to support the innovation team in identifying new opportunities
Help with pilot programs for new concepts, products, or services
Collaborate with teams to implement innovative solutions
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports on innovation projects for internal stakeholders
Support the innovation team in tracking key metrics and evaluating the success of implemented solutions
Complete project- based assignments for other groups within in the Innovation Department such as Forms Design and Development, Policy Development, and Filing and Statistics
Work closely with experienced professionals, colleagues, and fellow interns to gain knowledge and develop team-building skills
Attend planned education and social activities in order to gain an understanding of the RLI business as well as network
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a College/University institution pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
0-2 years of experience in a related field or position
Ability to analyze and resolve basic issues
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with others
Critical thinking/analytic skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Integrity and reliability
Technical accuracy
