Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management for construction projects
Maintain comprehensive construction project records
Oversee interactions with clients and inspection staff on contract change orders, item payments, and material testing
Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Develop monthly progress reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) License in New Jersey
15+ years of experience in construction management
Prior experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer
Experience working with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority or NJDOT
Preferred
Experience with airport projects
Certifications such as Rutgers TCC, NJSAT, ACI (preferred)
