Demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills while dealing with a variety of customers from vulnerable to elderly
Maintain/test a variety of products such as Emergency Lights, Fire Systems and other electrical/electronic products
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Field Engineer
Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles)
Experience of testing Fire Systems
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Able to demonstrate effective team working
Effective time management & planning skills
Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
Preferred
Experience of working within a field-based role
