Responsibilities
Commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
Downtown Austin high-rise work, schools, and public/private projects
Complex scopes — metal panels, wall cladding, modular systems
About 80% office / 20% field (you’ll be on jobs when it matters, not babysitting a clipboard)
Solid field superintendents already in place
You’ll step into a healthy backlog and be trusted to do your job
Qualification
Required
Experience as a commercial roofing Project Manager
Ability to manage commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
Experience with high-rise work, schools, and public/private projects
Ability to handle complex scopes including metal panels, wall cladding, and modular systems
Willingness to work 80% in the office and 20% in the field
Strong communication skills to interact with GCs, subs, and owners
Team player who takes ownership and works well without micromanagement
Real experience in commercial roofing projects
