Responsibilities
Assist the sales director in managing and growing assigned existing accounts
Identify and reach out to new contacts and lines of business in accounts to develop new use cases
Understand customer business objectives and translate them into software solutions
Oversee education and training initiatives in the accounts
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and deliver value
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development or account management for enterprise software solutions
Strong understanding of SaaS or software-based products
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated self-starter
