The role is accountable for ensuring product alignment with business goals and managing a group of Product Owners within the technology portfolio.

Responsibilities

Definition and ownership of the product strategy and vision for their product portfolio

Perpetual market exploration to understand industry advancements related and impactful to their product portfolio

Maintaining the ART - Agile Release Train backlog including Capabilities, Features and the overall product roadmap

Alignment of overall product strategy to approved investment requests

Strong collaboration with stakeholders to drive transparency and prioritization

Defining key success criteria and metrics for product delivery within their portfolio

Supporting engineering delivery across ARTs - agile release trains

Relentless focus on transparency and organizational improvements

Understands release health, including progress, risks and capacity vs. demand

Required

Strategic thinking in order to develop and execute long term product strategies

15+ years of overall experience

7+ years working in a strategic leadership role across a large, complex enterprise

Experience in a regulated environment beneficial

Subject matter expertise in Audit, Human Resources products

5+ years hands on management experience

Prior experience acting as a product manager a plus

SAFe agile delivery experience and or exposure a plus

Masters degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline or related experience preferred

Bachelor's/University degree
