Responsibilities

Polling faculty if they are having a final exam; scheduling all final exams given; coordinating faculty assistants and hallway proctors
Database updating and maintenance – ensuring software is being effectively utilized. This includes the entry and/or oversight of entries, applications collecting, student and constituent information, reporting and reconciliation. May work within various tools including, but not limited to 12Twenty, the Right Profile program, AWA, VMock and other related software
Coordinate all the logistics for relevant programs, which includes both on and off-campus interviews and other recruitment programs
Includes data management, designing informational packets for the students, communicating with the employers
Collaborates with employers on position postings, interview schedules, and career fairs. Answers student inquiries or appropriately directs students to the correct resources or counseling. Disseminates information on events of interest, such as job fairs and networking events. Handles reciprocity requests from other law schools and all relevant communications
Assist with special projects as directed and other duties as assigned
