The Coordinator, Talent Development plays a crucial support role in the execution, coordination, and administration of the Firm's professional development initiatives, primarily focusing on Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programming for attorneys.

Responsibilities

Support Firm’s training/CLE programs, including Associate Training Initiative
Provide support for in-person and virtual trainings, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, drafting/sending invitations, reviewing/compiling training materials, and preparing/processing surveys
Assist with the Firm’s CLE/CPD training, including maintaining lawyer CLE database (CE Manager)
Prepare CLE application forms and documentation for accreditation purposes for in-house/client programs, including tracking and reporting attendance post-program
Consult with and advise attorneys and administrative professionals regarding CLE/CPD compliance
Support and respond to CLE Inbox inquiries after researching and confirming CLE protocols and processes
Maintain and enter programs in the Learning Management System (“LMS”)/eLearning Library
Seek opportunities to continue to learn, innovate, and improve; and
Stay current on legal professional development trends/best practices and share with the Talent Development team

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years' professional services experience
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated proactive and growth mindset
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize data
Interest in and curiosity about CLE; research and internet search proficiency
Strong research skills
