Commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
Downtown Austin high-rise work, schools, and public/private projects
Complex scopes — metal panels, wall cladding, modular systems
About 80% office / 20% field (you’ll be on jobs when it matters, not babysitting a clipboard)
Solid field superintendents already in place
Qualification
Required
Experience as a commercial roofing Project Manager
Ability to manage commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
Experience with complex scopes including metal panels, wall cladding, and modular systems
Ability to work in a hands-on PM position
Strong communication skills to interact with GCs, subs, and owners
Team player who takes ownership and works well with others
Experience with Procore and Excel
Ability to work in a culture that values teamwork and no egos
