Responsibilities
Increase up-time of machinery by implementing TPM & training the maintenance staff
Ensure a safe and secure work environment
Manage several direct reports
Oversee budget, labor, CMMS, and safety training for maintenance
Lead safety compliance by example
Schedule repairs with Production
Assist in producing a product that meets spec with Quality
Manage a few capital projects & their budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering discipline, preferred
At least 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have chemical experience which includes packaging and filling
At least 5 years' maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment (can be within the 10-year requirement)
MUST be a hands-on manager and like to be out on the floor
Experience with machines that do blending and filling
Capital Project management & budget experience
