Responsibilities
Develop the RFP/RFI/No-bid responses on behalf of the division
Managing non-exclusive product; customer projects (all on-boarding activities)
Developing profit models and support pricing
Working with Account Management to develop an initial forecast
Gathering and confirming customer requirements
Business process set-up
Program launch and post-launch activities
Assisting the Implementation Project Managers and Directors in completion of responsibilities related to qualifying and implementing opportunities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Valid driver's license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Minimum 1 year administrative experience
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Preferred
Minimum 1 year project coordination experience
