Responsibilities

Quoting, consulting, and selling floral to brides, grooms, & planners

Create, edit and own your client's wedding proposal, recipe curate, and production notes

Venue communication and walkthroughs

Timely and efficient communication with clients

Management of client pipeline in company CRM & recipe software

Assistance with in-studio floral design, marketing events, & installations

Conducting outside sales by networking, floral drops and industry collaborations

Maintain and surpass quarterly sales goals

Required

3-5 years experience in wedding/event sales with natural affinity for design

Must have a book of business, venue or planner contacts

People-person with excellent communication skills & positive demeanor

Comfortable in a team-based environment

Knowledge of flowers, design techniques, and industry trends

Ability to work peak season weekends & key floral holidays

Ability to conduct urgency with orders and bookings

Shared aesthetic preferences & values with Flowers for Dreams brand
