Responsibilities
Build and execute ABM and field marketing programs aligned to commercial and business goals
Launch digital and multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, email, chat, events, and content
Collaborate closely with digital, marketing operations, creative, and performance marketing teams to align campaign strategy, audience targeting, and execution across channels
Use 6sense, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools to activate programs and measure performance
Report on engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI; recommend optimizations
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving ABM techniques to enhance IDC’s marketing strategy
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or ABM
Experience executing integrated digital campaigns
Hands on experience with 6sense required
Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on insights
Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage campaigns independently
Preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
