Responsibilities
Support category strategy: Assist category managers with supplier research, pricing analysis, and performance tracking to help optimize Xometry’s manufacturing categories
Data analysis & reporting: Analyze spend, capacity, and performance data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost, quality, or lead-time improvements
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to support sourcing initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week
