Trusts, Estates & Tax Paralegal
Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.)
Assist with tax return preparation and estate administration
Participate in client meetings with attorneys and advisors
Manage document workflows and deadlines
Communicate with clients, trustees, and other professionals
Qualification
Required
2+ years in estate planning, tax, or probate
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Advanced MS Office (Excel expertise required)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with numbers
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional, articulate, and client-facing demeanor
Preferred
mid-to-large firm experience
