Senior LevelSLK is seeking a Senior Banking Consultant with expertise in Commercial Banking and Digital Channels. The role involves providing strategic guidance to clients, assessing their current systems, and delivering innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Subject matter expertise in Banking and Financial services
Ability to understand Client/Bank’s priorities and provide them with a roadmap in partnership with technical consultants to new enterprise-wide initiatives
Understand customer initiatives, long term plan, IT strategies etc
Ability to visualize in holistic picture and provide appropriate solution
Ability to assess the current customer setup, Process and provide a next generation technology solution. Define roadmap to reach to end state solution
Ability to provide industry POV and lens to influence the technical / solution architecture of the solution for large turnkey projects
Ability to assess and recommend suitable solution / product / technology in line with business expectations
Ability to understand complete customer System landscape and assist customer to define Architecture standards and guidelines
Experience / Awareness of Best practices, Grip of technology trends and various SDLC methodologies
Ability to interact and gather requirements from stakeholders independently
Ability to convince the solution to different stake holders (Presentation & articulation skills)
Mentoring skills – ability to coach members of the team
Assertive nature and has an ability to get things done
Worked on onsite-offshore model
Experience in ROI calculation, preparing business case, estimation, Plan in collaboration with Project management office
Experience and understanding of Banking industry frameworks such BIAN, FDX and others
Experience in Commercial Banking area
Ability to do gap assessment of commercial banking products
Team player
Ability to work varied skills team (BA, UX etc)
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
Appetite for learning new things
