Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, bringing new customers on board and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Identify and engage high-potential prospects aligned with Drata’s ICP
Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline while developing deep expertise in your assigned region
Execute creative outbound and partnership strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth
Partner with senior executives to uncover business challenges and guide them through an efficient, consultative buying process
Surface product and market insights based on direct customer and partner feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years closing new business
A strong outbound mindset, prospecting and closing new business is core to how you operate
A self-starter mentality with the ability to turn ideas into execution
Resourcefulness and resilience when navigating obstacles or ambiguity
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build trust with customers at all levels
Confidence paired with humility. You seek feedback, ask questions, and are always focused on improving your craft
Preferred
Experience in high-growth or startup environments strongly preferred
