This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring safety, maintaining schedules, and executing quality control on complex structural concrete scopes.
Responsibilities
Lead all on-site field operations for structural concrete and vertical construction
Manage foremen, craft labor, and subcontractors to meet schedule and production targets
Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance
Coordinate daily work plans, sequencing, and logistics with Project Management
Ensure quality control of formwork, rebar, embeds, pours, and finishes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Superintendent experience on concrete, high-rise, or large commercial projects
Strong understanding of structural concrete means and methods
Proven leadership of large crews in fast-paced environments
OSHA 30 required
Ability to drive schedule, safety, and productivity in the field
