They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the licensing implementation within the product, ensuring alignment with business goals, and to champion the introduction of product telemetry to support a Product-Led Growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the Commercial Engine: You will take full ownership of the licensing implementation within the product and make it a breeze for our customers, ensuring our technical capabilities align perfectly with our business goals to drive commercial success

Master the Complexity: You will become the go-to expert for all product-related licensing topics, maintaining a high-level overview of this complex domain while diving deep into the interface between our product and CRM/ERP systems

Build the Data Foundation: We are early in our journey regarding product data. You will champion the introduction of product telemetry, defining what we track and how, to help lay the groundwork for our future Product-Led Growth strategy

Qualification

Required

You have a couple of years of experience in Product Management, specifically dealing with licensing, billing, or technical administrative areas (like compliance or security)

You understand the value of Product-Led Growth and are excited by the challenge of implementing product telemetry from scratch. You prefer building the path to insights rather than relying on pre-existing dashboards

You have a genuine interest in working on a product in the IT monitoring & observability space and understanding the customer value it provides

You do not shy away from complex topics; you can quickly grasp intricate technical concepts and communicate them on a detailed level to our Operations and Engineering teams

You possess a strong mix of technical understanding and business acumen, allowing you to effectively manage expectations and translate needs between developers and commercial stakeholders

You have excellent English skills and the emotional intelligence to build trust and respect with a senior development team that knows the system inside out
