Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize time, motion, methods, and speed for various operations to set standard production rates and enhance efficiency
Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to uphold quality and reliability standards alongside management and engineering teams
Ensure all production records comply with quality assurance specifications
Plan assignments based on worker performance, machine capacity, and production schedules
Develop workflow, routing, floor layouts, and machine utilization charts and graphs
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering, ideally within EV or related advanced manufacturing sectors
Proficiency in CAD and ability to produce and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
Experience with manufacturing processes, specifically relating to battery and drive unit production
Strong problem-solving skills, with a capacity for analytical thinking and detail orientation
