Operations Coordinator - Electrical Services Part Time

GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Department in both office and show site activities focused on Electrical Services. The role involves managing reports, organizing information, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Follow-up contact with exhibitors to clarify emails
Responding to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining clear and courteous communication
Generating daily reports and sharing order counts to provide visibility for the team
Review, prioritizing and saving emails, floor plans to correspondence folders
Assisting with courtesy calls and answering the phones
Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets
Creating Sales Force cases and assigning to the appropriate team member
Scanning and saving important documentation
Prioritize tasks & responsibilities to meet deadlines and complete highest priorities first
Keep Managers and Team Managers up to date on all issues
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualification

Required

Valid Driver's License
High School diploma required
Demonstrate leadership ability
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Ability to work nights and weekends and possible holidays is required
Must be able to work flexible schedule work hours, shifts or days worked will vary due to show schedules and adapt to short notice of schedule changes –standard non-show hours are 7am-3:30pm in an office environment

College graduate preferred
Knowledge of Tradeshow industry, preferred but not mandatory
