Email Deliverability Consultant
Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. They are seeking an Email Deliverability Consultant to ensure that their emails reach customers' inboxes, optimize email performance metrics, and stay updated on email compliance trends and technologies.

Responsibilities
Take charge of email deliverability, making sure emails outgoing from our platform reach the inbox and not the dreaded spam folder
Ensure proper monitoring of and alerting on email performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates are in place and optimize processes for success
Keep your finger on the pulse of email compliance trends and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, Zero trust in email, authentication evolutions, etc. and make sure our email practices are always up-to-date
Identify emerging email marketing trends and technologies, ensuring that we're at the forefront of innovation
Dive deep into data analytics to identify issues and trends that affect email deliverability
Collaborate with our email vendors and find solutions to your findings
Implement best practices for email authentication and security
Work with the services team on best practices guidelines for our customers
Collaborate with our product & engineering teams and suggest ideas for features that will drive personalized and effective email campaigns
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in email deliverability & inbox placement
Experience in marketing automation field
Excellent fluency with data - analytical skills & the ability to use data to generate actionable insights and leverage those insights to resolve problems
Tech savviness - the ability to understand complex problems of email scalability globally and have a proven ability to solve for it
Ability to work with customers, challenge them on their practices and influence adoption of models with best practices
Adaptable and flexible - Willing to explore new technologies, new business models, willingness to grow as a person
Determined - The ability to make difficult decisions and trade-offs and follow through
Communication skills - Motivation and willingness to handle difficult situations and being able to talk to customers, internal stakeholders and partner organizations
Independence and self-organization to navigate you through ambiguous situations, being able to prioritize the right things to work on, while juggling multiple projects in different stages of maturity
Growth Mindset, highly collaborative, comfortable in a high ownership/high accountability environment
Great balance of entrepreneurial resourcefulness and knowing how to implement the right amount of process
