Responsibilities
Lead the training and development for the 40+ recognized student Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) at SJSU within the Office of Student Involvement
Foster an environment that encourages the positive growth and development of students involved in fraternity and sorority organizations
Provide an essential and productive co-curricular learning experience
Supervise one coordinator and develop and implement the annual transition of California State University (CSU) mandated training for all student organizations
Develop programming and engagement efforts to support Fraternity & Sorority Life
Collaborate with members of Student Involvement and other campus and community partners to ensure the quality, development, and success of SJSU Fraternity & Sorority leaders
Grow and develop support services offered to the four councils currently at SJSU: Interfraternity Council (IFC), Panhellenic Council (PHC), National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and United Sorority & Fraternity Council (USFC)
