Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day MarTech delivery across marketing automation, campaign execution, and data integrations

Translate business requirements into detailed technical design and implementation plans

Configure, optimize, and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, or Marketo

Partner with onshore/offshore delivery teams for build, testing, and deployment

Support platform governance, migrations, and environment maintenance

Required

6+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations including:

Hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Marketo

Strong understanding of campaign logic, audience segmentation, and automation workflows

Familiarity with analytics and emerging GenAI tools in marketing

Preferred

Certifications in Adobe, Salesforce, or Marketo platforms

Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce CDP, or similar)

Working knowledge of APIs, HTML, or SQL

Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business and technology teams
