Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma to communicate insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Perform ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reporting tools
Support data governance and documentation efforts, including data dictionaries and process documentation
Partner with IT and operations to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
4-7 years of experience as a health plan analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare, health plans or call center environments
Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience using data visualization platforms (e.g., Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM platforms
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
Preferred
Health Economics or Actuarial experience
Lean Sigma certification preferred โ Yellow or Green Belt
Knowledge of the healthcare or durable medical equipment (DME) industry
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum
