Sales Development Representative
DigiCert is a leading global security authority that focuses on digital trust. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and working closely with Account Executives to grow the customer base.

Responsibilities
Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Organization
Work both inbound and outbound leads with an expectation of doing 80 touches per day (via email, phone calls, social media)
Communicate with key IT personnel, up to and including C-level executives, by phone, email, and social media
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of DigiCert solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers
Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify projects, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions
Collaborates with marketing to optimize performance of campaigns
Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departments
Qualification
Required
1+ years of sales, sales development, outbound outreach experience
Desire to work in sales and in the cybersecurity industry
Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient, with a 'get the job done' attitude
Well-rounded with varied interests, background, and experience
Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
Preferred
Proficiency in SFDC, Zoominfo, Salesloft/Outreach is a plus
