Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations

Qualification

Required

Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role

Must have experience in multi-family property management

7-10 years managerial experience

Proven leadership skills

Experience managing 3rd party client relationships

Strong financial background

Must be able to travel as needed

Preferred

Lease-up experience preferred but not required

Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)
