Responsibilities

Partnering with senior leadership (Directors, Managing Directors, and VPs) across business and/or IT divisions

Consulting or HR Management of a restructuring effort at a 5k+ organization

Utilizing strong capability in Excel/PowerPoint/other Microsoft suite apps (use of formulas, queries, etc.)

Managing workforce management applications (SuccessFactors/Employee Central, Workday, etc.)

Experience in large corporate organizational restructuring

Required

5+ years of experience in Workforce Strategy & Planning (Reorganizational)

5+ years of experience Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Lists, PowerBI)

5+ years of experience Program Management

Experience with workforce management applications (SuccessFactors/Employee Central, Workday, etc.)

Experience in large corporate organizational restructuring

Preferred

Experience partnering with senior leadership (Directors, Managing Directors, and VPs) across business and/or IT divisions

Experience with consulting or HR Management of a restructuring effort at a 5k+ organization

Prior airline experience within business and technology divisions
