Responsibilities

Experienced advisor to the C-Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs

Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients

Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress

Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity

Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

Required

Minimum 8 Years' knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity

Minimum of 8 Years' experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment

Minimum of 4 Years' leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor and experienced with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile

Minimum of 4 Years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews and ability to demonstrate advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL

At least three ServiceNow certifications (System Admin-CSA, Application Developer-CAD and ITSM preferred)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment
