Sales Director (Bilingual)
TripleLift is an advertising platform dedicated to enhancing digital advertising through innovative solutions and quality services. They are seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities while managing relationships with agency partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in the advertising ecosystem and be fluent in Spanish to support diverse client relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across assigned agency holding companies and select independent agencies
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers. Understand their needs and strategically position our full suite of programmatic offerings (Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions)
Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce to ensure a clear overview of your business
Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through a balanced focus on new business and expansion within existing accounts
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform our business strategy
Solution Selling: Apply a consultative, value-based selling approach by aligning TripleLift’s solutions to client business objectives
RFP & Deal Development: Assess and pursue opportunities through RFPs, proactive pitches, and strategic partnerships
Network at industry-relevant functions to increase TripleLift’s visibility and connect with new clients
Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and the status of prospective projects
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to build, grow, and manage agency partnerships at multiple levels, from planners to senior executive stakeholders
Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with experience selling cross-format or enterprise solutions
Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented sales role
Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a consistent drive to exceed goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable taking ownership of complex deals and clearly articulating business impact
Preferred
Spanish-speaking or bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
