Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for regional cost management of a global data center portfolio, managing a team of up to four resources and reporting into national leadership

You’ll prepare and present funding requests as required to suit project progression, based on scope, estimates and historical data

You'll identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register

You'll assist in cost review and contract negotiation for key GC and OFCI work packages, making final recommendations on approval to the client

You'll create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance

You'll attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions

You will manage and review all project change requests from the supply chain and negotiate costs downwards where possible

You will establish and maintain the project cash flow forecast monthly

You'll prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports
