Responsibilities
Lead and support precise project execution while ensuring process alignment and regulatory compliance
Manage timelines, anticipate barriers, and consistently deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations
Oversee and guide project budgets, forecasts, and scopes in partnership with project management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver launch and in-market programs
Contribute strategic insights that inform account plans and elevate client outcomes
Qualification
Required
6+ years of client services experience in the advertising industry
2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience
Experience managing $2–3M in business across brands or portfolios
Strong experience building relationships at the Product Manager and Associate Director level
Proven ability to lead client meetings, coordinate briefs, and communicate feedback clearly
Full understanding of pharma/healthcare marketing communications and regulatory considerations
Preferred
Experience supporting HCP-focused initiatives
Experience contributing to brand planning and launch preparation
Ability to translate client changes into clear internal direction
Comfort reviewing and developing scopes of work with project management
Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into workflows
University degree required; MBA a plus
