Responsibilities
Lead assigned Solution Order and Professional Services workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, covering Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, and Professional Services Automation (PSA)
Design, model, and configure Solution Order and hybrid business processes, including bundled offerings, fixed-price and usage-based billing structures, and revenue recognition, ensuring adherence to established standards
Coordinate delivery of Solution Order and PSA activities in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to support ERP optimization, data accuracy, and compliance objectives
Advance team deliverables and internal knowledge sharing by developing reusable assets, contributing to innovation initiatives, and refining Solution Order and PSA approaches for hybrid business models
Participate in ERP discovery and assessment engagements by capturing current-state processes, eliciting requirements, and supporting the definition of future-state architecture for solution order orchestration, subscription billing, and professional services delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP solutions such as Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, and/or Professional Services Automation
At least 1 full life cycle implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud
Proven contributor to finance transformation programs, engaging throughout planning, design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases, with a focus on resolving delivery challenges and coordinating key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
