The Senior Project Manager will oversee every stage of fleet vinyl installation projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, uphold company standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Manage complex installation orders for national brands
Develop project timelines, set realistic milestones and assign resources to ensure installations are completed on schedule
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering requirements and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Track project expenses to ensure installations meet budgets
Review all installations to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues
Collaborate with sales teams, vendors, graphic designers, and installation teams to ensure all materials and resources are ready for each project
Negotiate with external vendors to identify the best project pricing
Foster strong, long-term working relationships with sub-contractors
Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum
Maintain detailed records of projects using the company ERP system
Manage POs and vendor invoices in coordination with the finance team
Align department priorities with broader company objectives to drive overall success
Train team members on best practices
Make data driven decisions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
2–4 years of project management experience preferred
Familiarity with fleet graphics, vinyl installation, or a related field is highly desirable
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where schedules and priorities can shift rapidly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
Skilled at identifying issues, determining root causes, and developing practical, scalable solutions
Proactive in escalating risks to management when needed
Positive, hardworking, and committed to continuous improvement and contributing to company-wide success
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
2–4 years of project management experience preferred
Familiarity with fleet graphics, vinyl installation, or a related field is highly desirable
Working knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
