Spencer Ogden is a leading electrical contractor seeking a Senior Electrical Scheduling Engineer to support data center projects. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, leading proposal development, and mentoring the preconstruction team.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for electrical scopes on hyperscale data center projects
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align sequencing and resource allocation
Monitor project progress, perform schedule risk analysis, and prepare recovery plans when needed
Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate progress tracking and milestone achievement
Provide executive-level reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis to leadership and clients
Support commissioning schedules for power distribution, UPS systems, switchgear, and critical path electrical systems

Qualification

Electrical systems knowledgePrimavera P6Scheduling experiencePower distributionCommunication skills

Required

5–8 years of scheduling experience in large-scale, ground-up data centers or mission-critical electrical projects
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and critical infrastructure
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools (MS Project a plus)
Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to travel assignments as needed
U.S. Citizen or Authorized to Work in the U.S

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
