Responsibilities

Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams
Analysing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization
Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company
Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers

Required

Front-end sales for products such as: Substation automation, PLC / DCS/ SCADA, Analytical products, Instrumentation (flow, level, transmitter, pressure), Excitation systems, AVR panels, HT motors, VFDs and drives, Large system drives, LV switchgear (MCC, PCC, MCB, MCCB, PSS), MV switchgear (AIS/GIS), Building automation systems, Residential, distribution, and control products
2 to 15 years of experience in Front end sales in process automation, electrification and motion products for all industries
Highly adept at understanding customer specifications/requirements and applicable IEC or ISA standards
Skilled in interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Diploma or engineering degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication
Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
Flexibility and willingness to travel globally based on project needs
