Physical Education Teacher

Education Management
Responsibilities
Develop and apply a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, and values to build a culture of purpose and impact
Drive outcomes for all students by regularly analyzing data, assessing student performance, and implementing high leverage instructional strategies
Engage students in fitness and movement activities that inspire an appreciation for athletics and a personal commitment to health, fitness, and physical performance
Collaborate with colleagues to create a learning environment that makes learning visible through ongoing family communication and activities
Train with colleagues and school leaders, which includes regularly implementing feedback with grace and urgency in service of student achievement, a values-based school culture, and a positive, professional work environment
Develop strong relationships with families and students, including regular communication that creates high levels of investment in academic and personal achievement
Demonstrating a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Physical Education teaching experience in a high-performing K-12 setting with a proven track record of success
Bachelor's degree with an outstanding record of achievement and leadership
Preferred
Athletics coaching experience in a competitive, college-preparatory environment
graduate degree in a related field
